Nikolas Juretic’s Belo is a blend of indigenous white grapes from Cormòns vineyards rooted in *Ponca*—a soil rich in sandstone, marl, and limestone. Born from a vintage marked by a hailstorm on July 26, 2024, Belo brings together grapes originally destined for Waldo, creating a cuvée of great authenticity. It undergoes brief skin maceration and ages for approximately 11 months in a mix of concrete tanks and large oak barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration, with minimal added sulfites. A fresh, vertical, and savory wine with a mineral finish. An essential, honest white wine produced in limited quantities.

Villa Job's "Guastafeste" is a wine macerated for 2 months on the skins in wooden barrels, made from Pinot Grigio grapes. Aging in mulberry barrels and one year in the bottle. The nose recognizes aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus notes, aromatic herbs and honey. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, with good minerality and a light tannin.

The "Piantagrane" of Villa Job is a wine macerated briefly on the skins obtained from Pinot grigio grapes from different parcels. Refinement inside spent barrels and concrete tanks for 9 months. The "Piantagrane" has an intense golden yellow color. The nose recognizes aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus notes, aromatic herbs and honey. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, with good minerality and a light tannin.

Stenčnik takes its name from the *Stena* wind—the breeze that descends each evening from the rock face above Longera, bringing coolness to the vineyards during hot summer days. It is a distinctive feature of the local landscape that inspires the character of this wine. This white blend comes from an old family vineyard where, in keeping with farming tradition, different grape varieties were planted together, selected for how well they complemented one another. Sialis Pinot Grigio is a white wine made from the grapes of the same name that come from the historic Sialis cru, located on the high hill of San Floriano al Collio. It is produced only in particular vintages with a careful selection of bunches and with very low yields. In the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous with maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in barrique and resting in the bottle for 3 years before being bottled without clarification or filtration.A wine that expresses aromas of aromatic herbs, sweet spices, and intriguing mineral and balsamic puffs on the nose. On the palate it is rich and enveloping, with elegant tannins and a long finish.

O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.
