Dinavolo is a white wine macerated on the skins fresh and fruity produced by a blend of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Marsanne, Ortrugo. It has an intense amber color due to the long maceration on the skins. The nose releases intense fruity aromas, aromatic notes and tertiary hints. In the mouth it has good structure, with balanced freshness and fascinating tannic look.

The Vino di Fognano by the Paolo Foppiano Farm is a wine produced with the help of Giulio di Armani, oenologist from Denavolo. A wine obtained from a blend of local white grapes that macerate on the skins for 2 weeks. It is bottled unfiltered and with minimal addition of sulphites.

16 Anime by Vigne dei Boschi is a dry wine made with 100% Riesling. Grapes that come from the Vigna del Pozzo, a 1998 plant, in the high Apennine ridge at 400 meters above sea level, on soils rich in marl and limestone. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for about 30 days, without temperature control. Aging from 12 to 24 months (depending on the vintage) in concrete tanks, then in the bottle, without filtration.

Shun Minova's Jai Guru Deva is a wine that impresses with its aromatic note and light tannic texture. Obtained from a blend of white grapes.
