Tarbianaaz by Vittorio Graziano is a white wine produced only in large vintages. A wine made with maceration on the skins for two months in a closed tank. It is drawn off, according to tradition, on Christmas Eve and placed in demijohn where it ages for about 2 years. A wine with a wide olfactory range that ranges from acacia flowers to yellow fruits

Casè Bianco is an aromatic maacerato wine which ages in steel. On the nose the aromas are fruity and floral, with mineral and spicy notes. The sip is dry, warm, medium-bodied, with good acidity.

Posca was a thirst-quenching drink from ancient Rome. The name wants to recall only the daily life of this wine and not its ancient composition. Obtained from white grapes and is the result of monthly filling of a perpetual tank started in 2011, harmony of various vintages, with younger wine. Obtained from spontaneous fermentations, it is neither clarified nor filtered. The nose shows the aromas of elderberry, white peach and gooseberry. The sip is very fresh, mineral with an overwhelming drink.

Catavela di Denavolo is a simple and highly drinkable macerated white wine, produced from a blend of white grapes. It has a slightly golden yellow color due to maceration on the skins. On the nose aromatic fruit aromas, with beautiful floral notes. In the mouth it is vibrant with good body, pulpy, fresh and with slightly perceptible tannins.
