Pecorino Machaon by Ausonia is a fresh and lively white wine that is made from grapes that come from the oldest vineyards of the company. After the manual harvest of the grapes in mid-September, alcoholic fermentation is carried out without the inoculation of selected yeasts. Complete its refinement in the bottle for 6 months. Unfiltered before bottling. A wine with a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections, an intense and persistent nose of citrus fruits, hay, dried flowers and anise. On the palate it is striking for its freshness, minerality, flavor and long persistence.

Straw yellow color with intense and persistent aromas of fruit, peach, and floral, jasmine. On the palate it is fresh, soft, savory and velvety with hints of pineapple and apple, persistent.
