The Trebbiano of Podere San Baigio is a Trebbiano-based white wine. Vinification with spontaneous fermentation with long maceration on the skins in amphora. Refine in the same amphorae until bottling. Without added sulphites.

The "Lama Bianca" is an orangewine made from white grapes that macerates on contact with the skins. The nose expresses intense aromas of yellow pulp fruit, such as apple and melon, with mineral notes and white flowers. On the palate it is full-bodied, with beautiful freshness and flavor.
