Hip Hip J ... S by Domaine L'Octavin is a white wine made from Savagnin grapes that come from the Domaine Villet in Arbois. Macerated in whole bunches for two months, followed by a year of aging in large oak barrels. Maceration allows Alice to play with the more aromatic side of Savagnin, giving exotic fruits and a touch of spice. A nice acidity adds further complexity to the wine. Sinchè di Cascina Ebreo is a white wine rich in perfumes and structured from white grapes. Refine for 18 months in barrique. Golden yellow color with a complex and articulated nose with evident fruity notes, followed by aromas of aromatic herbs and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is round, warm, with good acidity and complexity
