Lumiere de Silex by Jean Pierre Robinot is a 100% chenin based white wine. Dry, firm, the long refinement in the bottle makes it a conversation wine. Memo by Mataburro is a mineral white wine, very fresh, crunchy, full of small white berried fruits and citrus peel. Produced with macabeu grapes that come from 70-year-old vines. Vinification with short maceration on the skins, and aging in steel. Chapeau!

La Peur Du Rouge by Le Temps des Cerises is a white wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay and Clairette. Chardonnay macerates for 10 days in whole bunches and, after pressing, is added to the Clairette must. Refine in steel for 9 months. A crunchy wine, pure fruit, of excellent drinkability.
