Franco Terpin's Quinto Quarto Ribolla is a wine made from 100% Rebula grapes. After manual harvesting, the bunches ferment spontaneously in steel thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts, macerating in contact with the skins for three days; then we move on to the refinement phase, always done in steel for 8 months. Unfiltered before bottling. It has a golden yellow color. On the nose aromas of ripe fruit with mineral notes. On the palate it is pleasant, medium-bodied and very easy to drink.

The nose includes aromas of ripe fruit, honeyed notes, and dried flowers. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, round, savory, with good minerality and freshness. Closes long.
