Carat by Bressan is a rich and full-bodied white wine that comes from a blend of typical Friulian grapes such as Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia and Friulano. "Uis Blanc Dodon" by Denis Montanar is an intense and structured macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Friulano, Sauvignon and small quantities of Pinot Bianco and Verduzzo. The color is golden yellow in color with orange nuances. On the nose it expresses itself on aromas of dried fruit, citrus fruit peel, and honeyed notes. On the palate it is complex, fresh, with light tannins and very long.

The Not di Paraschos is a macerated white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from the Slatnik vineyard located on marly-clayey soil. On the nose sensations of candied and dried fruit with honeyed notes. In the mouth it is structured, dry, warm with a pleasant freshness and light tannins. Good persistence with a return of the candied fruit.

The Kai by Paraschos is a macerated white wine of great structure and personality obtained from grapes of Friulano in purity. It refines for 24 months in oak barrels and has an intense golden yellow color. On the nose sensations of yellow fruit like peach and pineapple, balsamic and iodine notes. In the mouth it is of great structure, warm with a pleasant freshness. A great wine.

Verduzzo di Bressan is a white wine with great personality and expressive power that ages on the fine lees in barrique for about 8 months. It is a rare interpretation of dry Verduzzo. The nose reveals a large and fresh bouquet with aromas reminiscent of apple, pear, nectarine, apricot, acacia. The taste is dry, full-bodied, enveloping, slightly tannic, balanced, and with a pleasant almond aftertaste. Native Friulian wine for great connoisseurs.

The Venezia-Giulia bianco “Roche - 2380M Nord” by Sassocorno is a 100% Friulan white wine. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration of the skins for 10 days. Aging two years in acacia barrels. No clarification. No filtration. A great Friulian white, of character and substance, which does not lack a right proportion of lightness that supports its drinkability.
