16 Anime by Vigne dei Boschi is a dry wine made with 100% Riesling. Grapes that come from the Vigna del Pozzo, a 1998 plant, in the high Apennine ridge at 400 meters above sea level, on soils rich in marl and limestone. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for about 30 days, without temperature control. Aging from 12 to 24 months (depending on the vintage) in concrete tanks, then in the bottle, without filtration.

MonteRè by Vigne dei Boschi is a 100% Albana based dry wine. The grapes come from the Vigna della Rosa, a plant dating back to 1985, in the high Apennine ridge at 400 meters above sea level, on soils rich in marl and sandstone. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts only in second passage Alier French oak barrels. 12 months aging in second passage Alier French oak barrels, then stabilization in bottles.

PerlaGioia is Ancarani's entra wine. The grapes used are local white grapes which are harvested in several stages in the vineyard so that the first starts with spontaneous fermentation and the last is harvested with more mature grapes. Aging on the lees for 3 months and decanting in cement vats to clear the wine. Rest in the bottle for 3 months before being put on the market. No filtration. The nose is delicate with notes of white and yellow flowers of hawthorn and broom, light citrus smells and officinal herbs. On the palate it is dry, mineral and with good flavor. Final that gives us a slight tannins.
