Briords Muscadet de Sèvre et Maine by Domaine de la Pepiere is a complex and balanced white wine, mineral and with a beautiful freshness. Obtained from Muscadet grapes, fermentation takes place in an underground tank, naturally for about 1 month. It refines on its own yeasts for eight months, without racking, in compliance with the aging times of the denomination.

Muscadet Expression d'Orthogneiss is a dry white wine with a golden yellow color. The nose is characterized by aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, flint and mineral notes. In the mouth it is sapid, of great depth and freshness. It closes on a final played on citrus fruits.

Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine is a fresh and saline white wine made from grapes of Melon de Bourgogne. It has a straw yellow color with golden nuances. Muscadet Servre et Maine Sur Lie AOC "Ampholite" is a white wine obtained from a 100% Melon Bourgogne grape. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in vitrified concrete tanks. It matures on the lees for four months to preserve its freshness and liveliness. A refreshing wine that goes well with oysters, for example, thanks to its iodized flavor and minerality.
