EHey! by Amos Baneres is a white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel-lo. In the cellar the Macabeo is pressed directly while the Xarel-lo is destemmed and macerated for 10 days on the skins. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and subsequently the wine ages for 12 months with the Xarel-lo in wooden barrels and the Macabeo in steel. A wine that offers fruity hints of peach, citrus aromas and notes of anise, and does not lack lightness and freshness.

Airén Pampaneo Naturalis a white Spanish wine that comes from white grapes of Airèn, a typical Spanish grape variety, with maceration on the skins for a good 4 months. It has an amber color, given by the long maceration on the skins. On the palate it expresses intense aromas of dehydrated fruit, notes of undergrowth and spice. To the enveloping, energetic, very fresh, mineral sip, with a very long persistence.

Albamar by Bodegas Albamar is a white wine produced from Albariño grapes which have their roots in sandy soils of granite origin which make this wine of great flavor and complexity. Salicornio is a white wine macerated on the skins produced with the Muscadel variety from Casa Balaguer-Vinessens. It is a wine that comes from the La Mata Natural Park, in the Alicante region, where vines are found just 50 meters from the Mediterranean Sea on sandy and saline soils. With a name inspired by a plant that grows in salt water areas, Salicornio is a very Mediterranean wine with a delicious saline finish.

Orange by Bodegas Cueva is a fresh and intense white wine, which the long maceration with the skins gives it volume and a great fruity expression.
