WHITE WINES

Brand Bros' Muller Thurgau Pur is a carefree and cheerful white wine, with fruity and citrus aromas. Spontaneous fermentation with carbonic maceration for about 4 days and aging in old exhausted wooden barrels. It is a wine that is exalted on the most diverse occasions, in particular with typical dishes of oriental cuisine.

Julian Haart's Goldtröpfchen Spatlese is a full-bodied, sumptuous, elegant and incredibly refined wine. Obtained from late harvested Riesling grapes, which come from the historic Goldtröpfchen vineyard. A wine that has incredible aging possibilities.

Aging: Some months  in wooden fuder.

Julian Haart's Piesporter Riesling is a taut white, with sharp acidity, crunchy and consistent structure. The grapes come from old vines grown according to organic farming, which are located on soils rich in slate. Whole cluster fermentation and aging in traditional 1000 L wooden fuder. Too bad for the very limited production because its wines are a real delight.

Martin Worner's Riesling is a taut white, with sharp acidity, crunchy and consistent structure. The grapes come from old vines grown according to organic farming, which are located on sandy soils. Whole cluster fermentation and aging in large exhausted wooden barrels.
