The Bourgogne Coulange la Vineuse "Chanvan" by Vini Viti Vinci is a wine obtained from 100% Aligotè grapes that come from vineyards grown in a biodynamic regime in the municipality of Chitry in northern Burgundy. Manual and selected harvest of the grapes, destemming in the cellar and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wooden barrels. It then refines in the same barrels for at least 9 months. Sorga Blanc by La Sorga is a fresh and fruity white wine that comes from Mauzav and Chardonnay grapes, which come from old vines located on Villafranchiani land in the municipality of Pézenas (Vallée de L'Hérault).
