Chateau de Beru's Chablis is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown in biodynamic agriculture in the Clos de Beru. The Dzi by Amélie Vuillet & Sébastien Jacques is a mineral wine with delicate fruit aromas that comes from a blend of Savagnin and Chardonnay in equal parts. Jurancon is a wine obtained from a blend of Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and a small part of Courbu. The grapes, all indigenous to South-West France, come from 2 hectares of vineyards planted in the 1940s. Aging takes place in barrels where it remains in contact with the yeasts for a year. It then spends 6 months in steel tanks before being bottled. The nose expresses aromas of custard, aromatic herbs and citrus fruits that prepare a mouth with electrifying acidity.
