WHITE WINES

The Savagnin Ouille by Chevassu Fassenet is a wine with notes of white pear and apricot, aromas of musk and an enveloping and spicy palate. It is produced with the classic vinification in demi-muids and full foudres. Wine for veal tartare and white meats.

Le Petit Tetu by Domaine Jean-Marie Berrux is a fruity and vibrant white wine that comes from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Refine in used barriques and tonneaux for another 12 months. Le Petit Tetu gives a lively and vibrant nose with notes of white fruit that integrate perfectly with marine ones. Fine and delicate mouth guided by memories of lime and butter.

Domaine Labet's Vin Jaune is a white wine made from Savagnin. Matured for 6 years and 3 months in full barrels with the formation of flor yeasts, characterized by the typical hints of oxidation. The sip is full-bodied, mineral and very fresh, of great intensity and persistence.

Aging: 75 months and takes place in full 228 liter barriques of second and third passage under the veil of floral yeasts.

The Racines Blanc is a wine of crystalline purity, white pulp fruit, rock, tension, depth. An energetic and long-lasting wine.
