Faia by Mai & Kenji is an expressive, complex white wine with excellent acidity. Obtained from pure chenin blanc grapes which come from small plots located on soil characterized by clayey sands, rich in quartz. Refines for 12 months in used wooden barrels. Given their goodness and very limited production volume, Mai & Kenji wines are almost impossible to find. If a bottle passes by, know that now is the perfect time to drink it.

Attention Chenin Méchant by Clos Des Treilles is a white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. It then ages for three months in steel before being bottled. Sorga Blanc by La Sorga is a fresh and fruity white wine that comes from Mauzav and Chardonnay grapes, which come from old vines located on Villafranchiani land in the municipality of Pézenas (Vallée de L'Hérault). In the cellar, the vinification takes place with a whole cluster fermentation for the Mauzac with maceration on the skins for 60 days instead, the Chardonnay is pressed directly .; the two wines are blended once the fermentation is over. Maturation in concrete for 6 months. Neither filtered nor clarified, without the addition of sulfur. A surprisingly full wine for such a low alcohol content, with a long finish that plays on minerality.

SM di La Sorga is a fresh and fruity white wine that comes from Marsanne and Sauvignon grapes, which come from old vineyards located on Villafranchiani soils in the municipality of Pézenas (Vallée de L'Hérault).
