The Coule De Source by Jerome Lambert is a white wine based on Chenin Blanc that come from two plots of forty-year-old vines planted on sand and shale. The grapes are pressed directly in steel tanks, where the wine remains for a year. An expressive and taut wine with a nice acidity and the unforgettable mineral imprint of shale.
