Naked White by Weingut Heinrich is a wine made up of almost 70% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc and a few other white grape varieties from the eastern part of Lake Neusiedl. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for one night, aging on its own fine lees for 14 months in large used oak barrels. The wine is finally bottled without filtration, clarification or addition of sulfur. Before tasting it, you need to shake the bottle a little and let the wine take a lot of air in the glass. A rather interesting Austrian rock wine.

Martin Arndorfer's Riesling Handcraftede is obtained from the grapes of the same name and come from the Kemtal Valley, from the Gaisberg and Wechselberg vineyards, planted between '64 and '83 on soils rich in rocks that make the wines acquire minerality, finesse and elegance. Fritz Salomon's Gruner Veltliner Wachrein is a fine and fragrant white wine made from the grapes of the same name. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks, without any contact with the skins. After racking, the wine rests for six months in steel tanks before bottling.

Obtained from Gruner Veltliner grapes, the most cultivated white grape variety in Austria, which come from old vines planted between '58 and '64 in the three most important Crus of the Kemtal Valley: Strasser Gaisberg, Wechselberg and Hasel. The vinification takes place in steel tanks. Aging is 20% in the same tanks and the remainder in large barrels. The Gruner Veltliner has a beautiful straw yellow color with fruity and spicy aromas. On the palate it is dry, with a vibrant acidity and a pleasant minerality
