Gazzetta's Bianco Peppino is a wine that comes from a blend of local grapes from old vines. The winemaking takes place with spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for ten days, before aging in glass demijohns for nine months. A wine of beautiful density, which strikes with heady notes of orange, bitter herbs and spices.

The Bianco Vignarola di Gazzetta is a blend of white grapes from old vines. It takes its name from the spring dish from Lazio. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for three weeks and aging in steel for nine months.
