An unconventional Sauvignon, vinified with skin contact and aged for eight months in terracotta amphorae. A rare, "offbeat" white wine—with a production run of just 1,200 bottles—that breaks the mold and showcases the grape variety with intense, textural character. It is spicy on the nose and structured on the palate—almost like a red wine—possessing great personality and depth.

It is vinified in large oak casks (*foudres*) and aged on fine lees, followed by a period in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling.
