The Circumstantia MMXXI by Domanine Buronfosse is a white wine characterized by minerality, tension and length on the palate, which comes from Chardonnay grapes which come from 2 different vintages, the 2020 which was aged for 18 months in barrique, and the 2021 which instead aged 9 months in the same containers. To give as a gift or to drink, at lunch, with your guests as an aperitif or with the first courses of the menu.

The Varron Chardonnay by Domanine Buronfosse is a white wine made from grapes that come from 70-year-old vineyards located on clayey-limestone soils. Whole bunch vinification with spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. Aging for 18 months in the same barrels.
