Pierre frick's Riesling "Rot-Murle" is an intense white wine made with grapes grown in a biodynamic vineyard located on calcareous soil rich in iron. After fermentation, the wine matures on the fine lees for 10 months in 100-year-old oak barrels. The bottling of the vintage with minimal addition of sulphites took place in August 2017.

Pierre Frick's Riesling Grand Cru Vorbourg is a full and refined white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes. Aged for 11 months in wooden barrels, it shows a golden yellow color. Intense and deep aromas on the nose, with notes of white fruit, biscuits, anise, white flowers, lemon peel, and limestone accents. The palate is warm, enveloping with good acidity and closes with a long persistence with mineral notes.

Alsace Bergweingarten is a white wine obtained from Sylvaner grapes from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil. Refines in oak barrels on the fine lees for six months. No clarification before bottling. Intense straw yellow color with intense and fine aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and white peach. In the mouth it is very mineral with subtle acidity and long persistence.

The Santa Lusa is a complex white wine of medium structure, obtained by maceration on the skins of the homonymous vine. Golden yellow in color. Lamda di Ligas is a white wine macerated on the skins obtained from Assyrtiko grapes, a native Greek vine. The grapes grow on vines all located in the valley of Mount Paiko, on soils characterized by limestone. Manual harvesting of the grapes and spontaneous vinification in steel tanks, with maceration on the skins for 30 days. The refinement is very particular in fact, half of the wine is aged in used barriques from Selosse, Jason's master. Jason Ktiga's Lamda has an orange-yellow color due to maceration on the skins. The nose recognizes aromas of citrus, yellow pulp fruits and mineral notes. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, with a nice freshness and closes along with citrus flavors.

"Benimaquia Tinajas" is Spanish orange wine that comes from grapes of Moscatel, and is vinified in amphorae. It has an amber yellow color.
