Pinot Grigio from Slavcek is an intense and structured wine macerated on the skins obtained from the grapes of the same name. Aging in barriques for 24 months in contact with the fine lees. Quartz Blanc is a wine that comes from sauvignon blanc grapes that come from a vineyard planted on soils rich in sand and quartz. The grapes ferments in used barriques, where they are subsequently aged for 18 months. As soon as uncorked, the nose is shy with light notes of green apple. A little bit of oxygen is enough and it explodes with notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, celery, cucumber and a hint of nutmeg. Vibrant mouth with acidity that guides the sip, accompanied by notes of white peach and sage. Long finish.

The Moschomavro di Ligas is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name. The grapes grow on vines all located in the valley of Mount Paiko, on soils characterized by limestone. Manual harvesting of the grapes and spontaneous vinification in steel tanks. Aging takes place in old oak barrels for 3-4 months.

Lamda di Ligas is a white wine macerated on the skins obtained from Assyrtiko grapes, a native Greek vine. The grapes grow on vines all located in the valley of Mount Paiko, on soils characterized by limestone. Manual harvesting of the grapes and spontaneous vinification in steel tanks, with maceration on the skins for 30 days. The refinement is very particular in fact, half of the wine is aged in used barriques from Selosse, Jason's master. Jason Ktiga's Lamda has an orange-yellow color due to maceration on the skins. The nose recognizes aromas of citrus, yellow pulp fruits and mineral notes. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, with a nice freshness and closes along with citrus flavors.

A code name, B.B.1, for a wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin, and signed by Ludwig Bindernagel, an architect who became a winemaker in 2003.
