Airén Pampaneo Naturalis a white Spanish wine that comes from white grapes of Airèn, a typical Spanish grape variety, with maceration on the skins for a good 4 months. It has an amber color, given by the long maceration on the skins. On the palate it expresses intense aromas of dehydrated fruit, notes of undergrowth and spice. To the enveloping, energetic, very fresh, mineral sip, with a very long persistence.

Ognostro, from the local dialect Ink, by Marco Tinessa is a red wine of great power and richness that comes to life from red grapes from old vineyards with an average age of 25 years. Iago Bitarishvili's Chardakhi Chinuri is a white wine made from an ancient Georgian grape variety called Chinuri. Fermented with natural yeasts in amphorae, macerated for 6 months on the skins and aged first in the same amphorae and then for 24 months in steel. It has a golden golden color. The nose releases hints of fresh fruit, dried fruit and sweet spices. In the mouth it is energetic, with a good acid texture, balanced and excellent persistence. An original wine, a must try.
