"Roditis" is a Greek white wine produced with the autochthonous Roditis grape, with a straw yellow color with golden nuances. On the nose the olfactory profile is reminiscent of ripe yellow pulp fruit, apricot and hazelnut. On the palate it is warm, with an almost oily texture, good freshness and minerality. Excellent when young but beautiful, aged a few years.s.

Ariousios' Asyrtico is a warm and enveloping macerated white wine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from a small vineyard of 2 cultivated in a natural way on clayey-silty lands. Maceration on the skins for 5 days, and aging for 11 months in steel in contact with the exceptions. About 2000 bottles produced. It is yellow in color tending to golden. The nose gives fruity and floral notes, with hints of Mediterranean scrub in the background. At the sip it is well-structured, enveloping, and striking for its palatable sapid drink.

Aging: 11 months in steel.

"Aidani" by Hatzidakis is a white wine that comes from the homonymous grapes typical of Greece. Grapes that come from vineyards kissed by the sea and that grow on volcanic soils. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and 12 hours maceration on the skins. it has hints of citrus, lime, exotic fruit, and a beautiful mineral texture. At the sip it is fresh and savory. A wine that takes us back to the wonders of the island from which it was born.

Jason Ktiga's Assyrtiko is a macerated white wine made from Assyrtico grapes, a native Greek vine. It has an orange-yellow color due to the maceration on the skins. The nose is characterized by citrus aromas, fruits with yellow flesh and mineral notes. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, with a nice freshness and long finish with citrus flavors.
