Ariousios' Asyrtico is a warm and enveloping macerated white wine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from a small vineyard of 2 cultivated in a natural way on clayey-silty lands. Maceration on the skins for 5 days, and aging for 11 months in steel in contact with the exceptions. About 2000 bottles produced. It is yellow in color tending to golden. The nose gives fruity and floral notes, with hints of Mediterranean scrub in the background. At the sip it is well-structured, enveloping, and striking for its palatable sapid drink.

Petite Prince is a beautifully savory and mineral Valdostan white wine made from grapes that come from old vines that grow perched on the mountain ridge on soils rich in glacial deposits. Valli Unite's Derthona is a wine made from white grapes from the company's young vineyards. The harvest is manual with selection of the bunches. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts. Aging in steel tanks continues. Throughout the winemaking process no sulphose is used. Valli Unite Derthona is straw yellow in color. The nose recognizes the typical hints with a note of yellow pulp fruit. In the mouth it is ready, savory, well balanced by acidity, with a good finish.
