O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.

Jurancon is a wine obtained from a blend of Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and a small part of Courbu. The grapes, all indigenous to South-West France, come from 2 hectares of vineyards planted in the 1940s. Aging takes place in barrels where it remains in contact with the yeasts for a year.
