O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.

Pierre Frick's Pinot Gris Macération Grand Cru Vorbourg is a rich and complex macerated white wine made from Pinot Grigio grapes that come from the famous Vorbourg cru. Nekaj is a rich and structured wine made from Friulano grapes from the vineyard on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it refines first for 23 months in large barrels and then in bottle for 6 months. It has a golden yellow color tending towards amber, with an intriguing nose of ripe fruit that ranges from apricot to tropical fruit. On the palate it is structured and elegant, with a subtle tannic texture with a very long finish.

"Uis Blanc Dodon" by Denis Montanar is an intense and structured macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Friulano, Sauvignon and small quantities of Pinot Bianco and Verduzzo. Jurancon is a wine obtained from a blend of Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and a small part of Courbu. The grapes, all indigenous to South-West France, come from 2 hectares of vineyards planted in the 1940s. Aging takes place in barrels where it remains in contact with the yeasts for a year. It then spends 6 months in steel tanks before being bottled. The nose expresses aromas of custard, aromatic herbs and citrus fruits that prepare a mouth with electrifying acidity.

"Valentini's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is a complex and opulent wine, which has become famous for its incredible longevity.
