Alexandre Bain, champion of the Pouilly-Fumé area, offers us yet another excellent Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire. With his “Terre d’Obus” cuvée, he offers a particularly intense white wine with a rich and precise nose, featuring notes of grated apple, iridescent terpene nuances, hints of candied fruit, and just the right amount of pungency that enlivens the aromatic palette. The palate is fine and generous, with a sensation of glycerine softness that enhances the mouthfeel. The finish is built on tension and an elegantly bitter finish. A great white wine from still-young vines (15 years old), grown on a clay-loam-sandy terroir, and aged for 24 months in used barriques.

Pinot Gris Macération "R-M" by Pierre Frick is a rich and complex macerated white wine produced with the grapes of the same name which come from the famous "Rot Murle" cru of the Krottenfues vineyard. On the nose complex aromas of melon, apricot, nougat, hazelnut, with toasted notes. On the sip it is full-bodied, enveloping, fresh, with a light soft touch and with a long finish of limestone.

Jean-Marc Dreyer is a great example of modern winemaking in Alsace, and in recent years he has been able to give a new impetus to Alsatian viticulture. Its wines have character, life and soul. This macerated Gewurztraminer is part of the Origin line, five varieties of white grapes (Sylvaner, Auxerrois, Riesling, Muscat and Gewürztraminer) which undergo maceration in contact with the skins for a period ranging from 10 to 20 days depending on the grape variety. Gewurztraminer Maceration has a golden yellow color. Fresh and exotic fruit notes on the nose. On the palate it is warm, with a good structure, soft, with an interesting acid note with a lively finish. The gentle giant of Alsace strikes again with this beautiful macerated Gewurztraminer.

Vin de France "L. D'Ange" by Domaine Alexandre Bain is a pure white wine from Sauvignon. The grapes come from vineyards that grow on shallow and calcareous soils. Villa Job's "Guastafeste" is a wine macerated for 2 months on the skins in wooden barrels, made from Pinot Grigio grapes. Aging in mulberry barrels and one year in the bottle. The nose recognizes aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus notes, aromatic herbs and honey. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, with good minerality and a light tannin.

Pierre Frick's Riesling Grand Cru Vorbourg is a full and refined white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes. Aged for 11 months in wooden barrels, it shows a golden yellow color. Intense and deep aromas on the nose, with notes of white fruit, biscuits, anise, white flowers, lemon peel, and limestone accents. The palate is warm, enveloping with good acidity and closes with a long persistence with mineral notes.

Alsace Bergweingarten is a white wine obtained from Sylvaner grapes from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil. Refines in oak barrels on the fine lees for six months. No clarification before bottling. Intense straw yellow color with intense and fine aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and white peach. In the mouth it is very mineral with subtle acidity and long persistence.

The Piana dei Castelli Bianco is a wine made from local white grapes that come from vineyards that grow on volcanic soils rich in tuff and iron. It is a straw yellow color. On the nose the olfactory picture is harmonious, with floral aromas, and aromas of ripe fruit. The taste is soft, full bodied, ample, fleshy, with a beautiful structure, dense and fragrant, and a typical nutty flavor in the finish.

The Santa Lusa is a complex white wine of medium structure, obtained by maceration on the skins of the homonymous vine. Golden yellow in color. The nose is intense with flavors of fruit such as yellow peach, apricots, honey and mineral notes. In the mouth it is oily, enveloping, warm, with light tannins and a long finish. A wine with good aging potential.

“La Duline” Friulano by Vignai da Duline is a white wine with great personality obtained from Friulano grapes. Spontaneous fermentation as in the style of the Vignai and aging in used barriques and tonneaux. On the nose, fine and elegant aromas reminiscent of yellow pulp fruit, with herbaceous, spicy, and dried fruit hints. On the palate it is enveloping and of good structure, characterized by excellent minerality and freshness, and closes long and persistent.
