Timorasso di Oltretorrente is a rich and full white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name. Oltretorrente's philosophy is to produce it with spontaneous fermentations, no maceration on the skins or manolactic fermentation in order to preserve the acidity and freshness of the wine. Aging on the skins for 8 months in steel tanks At the anso it gives fruity and floral scents that evolve into hints of goudron and flint. On the palate it is savory and typically mineral, a verve acidity makes it pleasant and very persistent

Vecchie Tonneaux by Monte Maletto is a white wine made from 100% white grapes With a fairly deep yellow color, it is a consistent white with aromas of beeswax, citrus and mint. Complex and with an engaging evolution in the glass, on the palate it is tasty and invigorated by a fruity fragrance that closes with a delicious almond note.

Marne Bianco is a white wine made from 100% Cortese grapes that come from vineyards with an average age of 15 years. Fermentation and aging take place in cement tanks. The nose opens on aromas of white-fleshed fruit and flowers, with mineral notes. In the mouth it is of great tension, full-bodied with a nice sapid vein and a fresh shoulder acidity. Great drinkability.
