Saumur Blanc Insolite is a fresh and mineral wine obtained from pure Chenin Blanc grapes that come from a selection of 3 vineyards. Refine for 12 months in wooden barrels. It is straw yellow in color. On the nose the aromas recall citrus notes, with hints of grapefruit and lemon, and menthol notes. In the mouth it is crunchy, mineral and has excellent freshness.

Sauvignon by Bonhomme is obtained from grapes that come from vines planted on silex (flint). It ferments in steel and then ages for about 9 months in used wood. Broad nose with wild flowers, ripe melon, freshly cut grass. The mouth is guided by the acid-salty vein that lengthens its progression integrating with the ripe fruit of the first palate.

Nicolas Joly's "Clos de la Coulée De Serrant" is a great dry white wine with a straw yellow color tending to golden.
