The "Charmille" by Guillaume Overnoy is a Chardonnay in purity, from a selection of a historical parcel of the domaine. These vineyards have been active for about 4 generations and we can find vines in production from a minimum of 5 years of age up to a maximum of 80 years. After the manual harvest, the must remains for at least 11 months in large barrels, then producing an intense wine with a great personality and capable of expressing more expressive characteristics after a few years of aging.
