Cirelli's Trebbiano Anfora is a white wine vinified with short maceration in terracotta amphorae, where it remains in refinement for about 12 months. It is a splendid wine with its straw yellow color tending towards gold and the nose of citrus fruit, with grapefruit in evidence, notes of wax and white peach. In the mouth it is warm, enveloping with a persistent minerality.

Eughenos Raggio di Sole from Azienda Di Cato is a white wine that comes from pure Malvasia grapes that come from a small 67-year-old vineyard entirely grafted on site on land. Refine in steel for at least 5 months. It has not been stabilized, clarified or filtered, it has been bottled with the new moon in March to coincide with the solstice. It is a wine with notes of aromatic herbs, wild flowers, honey, licorice root, fine, pleasant on the palate, it is dry and fruity with a slight almond aftertaste.
