Pecorino Machaon by Ausonia is a fresh and lively white wine that is made from grapes that come from the oldest vineyards of the company. After the manual harvest of the grapes in mid-September, alcoholic fermentation is carried out without the inoculation of selected yeasts. Complete its refinement in the bottle for 6 months.
