Tarbianaaz by Vittorio Graziano is a white wine produced only in large vintages. A wine made with maceration on the skins for two months in a closed tank. It is drawn off, according to tradition, on Christmas Eve and placed in demijohn where it ages for about 2 years. A wine with a wide olfactory range that ranges from acacia flowers to yellow fruits

The Vino by Marco Merli is a macerated white wine which is vinified in steel and aged in demijohn. On the nose aromas of fruit, in particular peach and pineapple, flowers and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is enveloping, elegant, fresh with a long finish.
