Moby Dick is a white wine with character that comes from grapes that come from vineyards that look towards the sea, planted from 1998 to 2001 on clay and limestone soils. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks and aging in the same tanks. Wine not filtered, clarified and without added sulphites. Moby Dick is a wine capable of expressing a high quality level and enthusiastic about the character, the multifaceted nose, and the extraordinary drinkability.

Posca was a thirst-quenching drink from ancient Rome. The name wants to recall only the daily life of this wine and not its ancient composition. Obtained from white grapes and is the result of monthly filling of a perpetual tank started in 2011, harmony of various vintages, with younger wine. Obtained from spontaneous fermentations, it is neither clarified nor filtered. The nose shows the aromas of elderberry, white peach and gooseberry. The sip is very fresh, mineral with an overwhelming drink.

Semplicemente Vino Bianco by Cascina degli Ulivi is an agile and fruity wine produced with white grapes from vineyards that rest on red and clayey soils. The alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous in acacia wood barrels and the aging on the fine lees is 3 months in the same containers. Naturally clarified, it undergoes a light filtration before bottling. No addition of sulfur dioxide during all stages of production.

FelceBianco is a fresh and drinkable white wine made from white grapes from vines with an average age of 40 years. Fermentation is spontaneous with the use of only indigenous yeasts in steel containers with maceration on the skins for 2 days. Refinement takes place in the same containers. Felcebianco is an intense yellow wine with aromas of lemon peel, plum, fresh apple and saline. The mouth is fresh and agile with a saline return in the finish.

"Valtolla" by Croci is a fruity and mineral wine made from local white grapes which ages in steel. It gives aromas of ripe fruit, with strong hints of apricot, and a complex and pulpy mouth that does not yield anything in drinkability, but drinkability.
