Chablis by Domaine Colette Gros is a fresh and mineral white wine made from Chardonnay grapes. The grapes come from one of the most suitable places in the world for the cultivation of Chardonnay. These, once transported to the cellar and pressed, give rise to the must which is fermented in steel tanks. Aging on its own fine lees for about 6 months follows. A wine that gives aromas of white flowers, citrus, peach. Vegetable scents in the mouth.
