"Lluerna" by Els Vinyerons is a mineral and fresh white wine, with citrus hints and a finish that smells of wild fennel. obtained from 100% xarel·lo grapes, aged for a year partly in steel and partly in oak barrels.

Airén Pampaneo Naturalis a white Spanish wine that comes from white grapes of Airèn, a typical Spanish grape variety, with maceration on the skins for a good 4 months. It has an amber color, given by the long maceration on the skins. On the palate it expresses intense aromas of dehydrated fruit, notes of undergrowth and spice. To the enveloping, energetic, very fresh, mineral sip, with a very long persistence.

Orange by Bodegas Cueva is a fresh and intense white wine, which the long maceration with the skins gives it volume and a great fruity expression. Salicornio is a white wine macerated on the skins produced with the Muscadel variety from Casa Balaguer-Vinessens. It is a wine that comes from the La Mata Natural Park, in the Alicante region, where vines are found just 50 meters from the Mediterranean Sea on sandy and saline soils. With a name inspired by a plant that grows in salt water areas, Salicornio is a very Mediterranean wine with a delicious saline finish.
