Lazaro di Masiero is a macerated white wine made from 100% Garganega grapes. Spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts in ash wood barrels with maceration on the skins for 3 months, and aging in a Carrara marble barrel, followed by bottling without filtration and clarification. A wine with a good structure, slightly tannic, and with a great minerality typical of this very persistent volcanic territory.

16 Anime by Vigne dei Boschi is a dry wine made with 100% Riesling. Grapes that come from the Vigna del Pozzo, a 1998 plant, in the high Apennine ridge at 400 meters above sea level, on soils rich in marl and limestone. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for about 30 days, without temperature control. Aging from 12 to 24 months (depending on the vintage) in concrete tanks, then in the bottle, without filtration.

Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, as in the Cornellissen style, and remains in contact with the skins for 5 days. Refinement in 1500 liter containers. Unfiltered before bottling therefore may have natural sediments. Munjebel Bianco has intense straw yellow color. The nose bouquet complex with fruit, herbs and mineral notes. "Bye Bye by Petracavallo is a white wine obtained from 100% Fiano Minutolo grapes. Refines for 6 months in steel. A wine with characteristics of freshness that take the form of herbaceous notes and white pulp fruit with a very delicate floral background. On the sip it has the right acidity, notable minerality, all balanced by the roundness of the fruit and the alcoholic component.

The Nottediluna of Ca de Noci is a very particular obtained from the vinification of white Moscato, Spergola and Malvasia di Candia aromatica with a long maceration on the skins. Ages 12 months in 500 l oak and acacia barrels. In the glass it has a deep golden yellow. The nose plays on notes of ripe yellow fruit, apricot and peach, then the grapefruit peel followed by spicy aromas. In the mouth it is medium structured, intense and broad, soft and with good acidity. A great wine of excellent drink, suitable for aging and improving over time.

The "Davvero" is a macerated white wine made from Riesling grapes which is refined in oak tonneaux. It has an opalescent amber yellow color. On the nose, complex and intense aromas that develop on notes of ripe fruit that are combined with balsamic notes of camphor. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping, fresh, sapid, and closes with a pleasant tannic sensation. Very nice is its label showing the company logo, consisting of 4 black brush strokes.

Chiarofiore is a wine made from white grapes coming from old vines grown in an organic regime. Aging takes place in steel on the fine lees for 12 months, and then in the bottle for another 6 months. Chiarofiore on the nose expresses intense and harmonious aromas of fruity and weed notes. In the mouth it has a slight sweetness, given by the late harvest, but made pleasant by a good acidity and minerality.

Boombox by SETE is a white wine that recalls the taste of bitter orange and the aromas of Mediterranean scrub berries, myrtle and mastic above all. Good acidity, medium body, easy to drink despite not being a low alcohol wine. Two weeks of maceration on the skins, pressing with a hydraulic press, fermentation and aging in a fiberglass tank.
