The Ribolla Gialla by I Clivi is a light and elegant Friulian white wine. Fermentation in steel tanks without the addition of selected yeasts. Then a rest on the fine lees that goes from six to eight months, and lastly a bottling with light filtration and equally light sulphiting. An aromatically very fine and delicately floral wine that reminds the nose of lemon peel. On the palate it is characterized by a persistent acidity with a salty and savory finish.

Sottobanco is the new white wine by Andrea Occhpinti. A wine that strikes for its rich and sharp taste with an evident minerality. Vinification with whole cluster pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small concrete barrels, without the use of chemical additives and oenological adjuvants, with the exception of a modest quantity of sulphites in the bottling phase. Refine 6 months in steel / cement barrels and at least 2 months in the bottle.

"Valtolla" by Croci is a fruity and mineral wine made from local white grapes which ages in steel. It gives aromas of ripe fruit, with strong hints of apricot, and a complex and pulpy mouth that does not yield anything in drinkability, but drinkability.

“Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes. Its floral timbre is found in the mouth, with a chewable but fine and sweet air. Such elegant executions are rare when it comes to “orange” wines!

The Greco di Tufo Miniere is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name from a vineyard located on a clayey-calcareous soil close to the vent holes of the ancient sulfur mines. Aging in steel for 3-4 months and in bottle for 2-3 months. The nose expresses a disproportionate mineral tension and hints of white-fleshed fruit. In the mouth it is vertical, with the freshness and flavor to dictate the speed of drinking, very satisfying, and the alcohol in balance with the acidity. A white of extreme power but not muscular, full expression of the grape.

Leukò di 'A Vita is a white wine with a Mediterranean character and a fresh and territorial profile. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts and aging in steel tanks for 8 months. Solleone is a wine of character and not trivial that comes from white grapes.Fermentation is spontaneous with long maceration on the skins for about 60 days. Refine in steel tanks on its fine lees for two years. The wine is not filtered before being bottled. The Solleone is golden in color. The impact is explosive on the nose with notes of ripe fruit, orange blossom flowers, honeyed, balsamic and mentholated sensations. On the palate it is warm, fresh, delicately tannic, with a very long closure.

The Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle is white wine obtained from Priè Blanc grapes that come from vineyards located on sandy soil at an altitude of 1200 meters s.l.m. On the nose are notes of aromatic herbs, floral, with hints of white fruits, williams pear, and spicy notes of white pepper. At the sip it is fresh intense, persistent with evident mineral notes. A wine that makes acidity its strong point.

Pecorino Machaon by Ausonia is a fresh and lively white wine that is made from grapes that come from the oldest vineyards of the company. After the manual harvest of the grapes in mid-September, alcoholic fermentation is carried out without the inoculation of selected yeasts. Complete its refinement in the bottle for 6 months. Unfiltered before bottling. A wine with a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections, an intense and persistent nose of citrus fruits, hay, dried flowers and anise. The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Apollo of Ausonia is obtained from the grapes of the same name from the oldest vineyards of the company. Its aging takes place for 6 months in steel.
