The Trubiano from Conestabile della Staffa is a white wine macerated from pure Trebbiano grapes. It is amber in color. On the nose the aromas are very intense, with typical oxidized notes, followed by hints of ripe fruit, caramelized, and spices. On the palate it is fascinating, fresh, elegantly tannic and persistent.

Pigro delle Sorbe, a white wine from the Collecapretta winery, is produced from Greco grapes grown in the hills and reared as in the Umbrian peasant tradition. Aged in fiberglass for 8 months. No yeasts are added except those deriving from the grapes and from the cellar. White wine with a sunny and welcoming character: the aromas are warm and refined and the flavor demonstrates a beautiful combination of fatness and acidity.
