Belo is a white wine based on a bledn of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon and Ribolla. Refine in steel. It is a drinkable wine, fresh, with fruity and floral aromas, followed by mineral and honeyed scents. The sip is balanced and fresh, with good persistence, supported by a captivating acidity and excellent minerality.

Griddu Verde is a mineral and sunny white wine that comes from a blend of white grapes. Manual harvest of the grapes and in the cellar pressing with the feet and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 5-10 days. Aging from 6 to 12 months in barrique and tonneau. The nose offers aromas of ripe white fruit, candied orange, followed by notes of aromatic herbs and brackish hints. On the palate it is warm, juicy, slightly salty, with a good freshness and delicate tannins on the finish.

One of the new born in the Canlibero family, Shiro is an excellent wine from white grapes. No filtration or clarification before bottling. Shiro comes to the straw yellow glass. To the olfactory it gives pleasant floral and fruity scents, reminiscent of yellow flowers, apple, peach and apricot. The sip is fresh and balanced, supported by a good sour shoulder.

The Baby Bandito Stay Brave is a natural, fresh and precise wine with flavors of crunchy green apple, citrus fruits, ginger, flowers and a beautiful minerality. On the palate it is balanced, agile and with excellent freshness.

"Monte dei Frati" is a juicy, sapid and mineral white wine based on Vermentino, vinified in steel with maceration on the skins for 48 hours. Airén Pampaneo Naturalis a white Spanish wine that comes from white grapes of Airèn, a typical Spanish grape variety, with maceration on the skins for a good 4 months. It has an amber color, given by the long maceration on the skins. On the palate it expresses intense aromas of dehydrated fruit, notes of undergrowth and spice. To the enveloping, energetic, very fresh, mineral sip, with a very long persistence.

Savagnin by Domaine de la Renardiere is a wine pleasantly marked by intense and complex oxidative notes, powerful both on the nose and on the palate. The Don Chisciotte is a macerated white wine made from 100% Fiano grapes that come from a 20 year old vineyard located at 800 m.s.l.m. A characteristic of Don Quixote is the 10-15 days maceration on the skins. Aging of 12 months in steel and 8 months in bottle. The color is golden yellow with intense and original aromas reminiscent of gentian and cinchona, officinal herbs. On the palate it is stimulating and unconventional, warm, enveloping and with a long finish

The Baby Bandito Keep On Punching is obtained from old Chenin blanc vineyards planted in 1972. Spontaneous vinification in steel tanks and aging in the same. A straw yellow wine. The nose reveals very fresh and lively notes of citrus and white peach. The palate is fine, light and very fresh with a pleasant closing. Delicious and good, it immediately becomes impossible to find.

By The Glass is a modern Riesling, simple and captivating to be enjoyed on any occasion. The Trocken diction indicates that we are dealing with a wine with a dry taste, with no more than 9gr / l of sugar. Vinification and aging in steel tanks. On the nose the bouquet is fine and fruity, with hints of peach and apricot, in the background mineral notes. In the mouth it is fine, with excellent freshness and slight sapidity, with a good persistent finish.
