Vitovska "Solo MM18" by Vodopivec comes from the selection of the indigenous grape variety that grows on rocky soil. The hand-picked grapes are left to ferment for a semester in amphorae, so that they develop that unique character which will then be refined over the two years of aging in 30-hectolitre Slavonian oak barrels. The result is a monumental, vibrant wine, with a strong sapidity, naturally predisposed to long aging in the bottle.

Gravner's Ribolla Gialla is an orange wine that goes beyond any convention and pre-established scheme, obtained from the grapes of the same name which is vinified in Georgian amphora with long maceration and aged in barrels for 6 years. Vinification takes place in Caucasian amphorae with a long maceration on the skins. The wine, after being pressed and drawn off, rests for 5 months again in the amphora, and then ages for 6 years in large oak barrels.

The Vitoska of Skerlj is a white wine macerated on the skins, fine and mineral obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from vines lying on the karst rocks kissed by the sea breeze. The "Morus Alba" by Vignai da Duline is a white wine of great personality obtained from a blend of Malvasia istriana from Duline and Sauvignon from Ronco Pitotti, spontaneous fermentation as in the style of the vintners and aging in barriques and used tonneaux.
