Bianco 'Versante Nord' is an Etna white obtained from a blend of Minella, Catarratto, Carricante, Coda di Volpe, Grecanico and Inzolia. Refine for 8 months in large exhausted barrels. Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. JNK's Rebula is a macerated white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes which grapes come from vineyards that grow on soils made up of alternating layers of marl and noble clays.
