Pr3 Acid Insolente is a wine obtained from pure white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation without temperature control in cement containers, racking and resting on the lees until February. A wine that is a boost of sharp acidity.

Daniele Piccinin's Larion is a fresh wine with an irresistible sip composed of Chardonnay and Durella which come from the vineyards of Ceng iel le, Ceng iel le alte, Pollini bassa, and Verzini. The vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for the Chardonnay, while the Durella is pressed directly. Subsequently, the Durella ages in wood while the Chardonnay remains in steel on the suspended lees all the time. It is a wine that presents a notable richness of aromas ranging from ripe fruit to floral nuances, from dried fruit to spicy notes. At the sip there is a marked flavor, excellent acidity given by Durella, and good structure and minerality.

Soave Castelcerino is a fruity and mineral white wine that ages for some months in steel. Straw yellow in color. Fresh fruit aromas and lots of minerality on the nose. On the palate it is vibrant, tense with a marked sapid vein that makes the finish very long.

Sassaia is a fragrant and savory white wine produced from a blend of Garganega and Trebbiano grapes. Aging for 10 months in oak barrels. Intense straw yellow color. On the nose aromas of yellow pulp fruit, including peach, mineral notes, and toasted undertones. On the palate it is deep, warm, enveloping, with a beautiful freshness and long persistence. A "Glu glu" wine, genuine and essential.

Pico is pure Garganega, selected in the highest and most suitable hills of Gambellara. Its fermentation occurs spontaneously with the use of only mild indigenous. Aging is in large 15 hl barrels for 12 months. It gives the nose hints of spiciness and minerality. The mouth is full-bodied and mineral, persistent.

Aging: 1 year in a 1500 liter large barrel.

Masieri Bianco is a wine whose purpose is the immediacy and ease of drinking produced using the grapes of the Garganega and Trebbiano vines. It is vinified in stainless steel and bottled in April or May of the following year, with a minimum amount of sulphites added before bottling. The nose is fruity, with hints of apple, ripe grapes and chlorophyll. In the mouth it is alive with good aromaticity and strong acidity that supports the fruit.

Casa Belfi Bianco is a wine with a strong personality, which is vinified and aged in amphora, in order to bring out the peculiar features of each variety. Fresh and fragrant, it unfolds tropical and floral sensations, resulting sapid and leaving a pleasant sensation of balance overall.
