Obtained from Gruner Veltliner grapes, the most cultivated white grape variety in Austria, which come from old vines planted between '58 and '64 in the three most important Crus of the Kemtal Valley: Strasser Gaisberg, Wechselberg and Hasel. The vinification takes place in steel tanks. Aging is 20% in the same tanks and the remainder in large barrels. The Gruner Veltliner has a beautiful straw yellow color with fruity and spicy aromas. On the palate it is dry, with a vibrant acidity and a pleasant minerality

The Vin De France Blanc by Matassa is a complex and elegant white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeu and Grenache Gris which has a golden yellow color with an explosive nose of white fruit, spices and flint. On the palate it is fresh, three-dimensional and elbowing with a long finish.

The Jurançon Sec “Vitatge Vielh” from Clos Lapeyre is made from a blend of Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, and Courbu grapes from old vines dating back to the 1940s. Aged for one year in barrels on the lees and six months in stainless steel. Aromas of custard, aromatic herbs, and citrus; the palate is taut and vibrant, with crisp acidity.

Saito by Edgar Brutler is a strong white wine with aromatic herbs aromas obtained from a blend of local grapes that come from old vineyards. The name Saito derives from the Hungarian word "lias" and refers to the original wooden houses in the vineyards, which were called "Sajtohaz", where in the past the grapes were pressed. Only 600 bottles produced for this gem obtained from Ginestra, Pepella and Bianca Tenera, all autochthonous vines of the Amalfi coast. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts and aging in steel. Straw yellow color with intense nose of white flowers, citrus fruits and brackish notes. On the palate it is fresh, salty and persistent.

The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi "Origini" by Fattoria Nanni is a white wine of great expressiveness and typicality that refines exclusively in steel. "Funky" evokes the winery's experimental approach to the winemaking of this ancient Lazio grape variety. Manual harvesting in small crates is followed by vinification using two distinct methods: half the grapes are pressed directly, and the other half macerate on the skins for 24 hours before pressing. The wine matures for eight months in stainless steel. Bottling follows, followed by eight months of bottle aging before release. This experimental wine demonstrates how double vinification and the longevity of the vines can lend structural complexity and territorial depth to this Lazio white wine, both ancient and modern in character.
