Fuorizona by Davide Gaggiola is a white wine obtained from Istrian Malvasia grapes that come from a hectare of vineyard located between Zugliano and Vipolze (Goriska Brda) where there are plants with an average age of 60 years. Manual harvest of the grapes, and spontaneous fermentation in the cellar with maceration on the skins of variable duration based on the characteristics of the grapes and the vintage (on average about 4-6 days).
