Louis 68 Pinot Noir from Tenuta Ansitz-Dornach is a white with a red dress. Red wine fermented on the skins for a few days and aged in large wood. Red fruits, little alcohol, lots of drinking. The Brunnenhof Pinot Noir is an elegant and gentle wine that comes from pure Pinot Noir grapes, which come from vineyards located in the area called the crest of Prato del Re. It rests for 2 years in oak barrels. It has an intense ruby red color. On the nose elegant aromas of red fruit with spicy and floral notes. On the palate the interaction of tannins, the alcoholic softness and the fine woody flavor give this wine its complexity and harmony.

Louis Gewurztraminer 42 from Tenuta Ansitz-Dornach is a very vertical version of Gewürztraminer. Fermented and matured in large acacia wood barrels. No opulence, no residual sugar. The right bottle to bring Gewürztraminer back to where it has been missing for too long: to the center of the table.

The "Sankt Anna" of Weingut In Der Eben is a red wine that comes from pure grapes of the schiava vine. Ages 24 months in wood and then rests in the bottle for at least 6 months; unfiltered. Certainly the best Schiava around for its elegance, the soft aromas of wild berries, its drinkability and its balance.

Cecile 63 Souvignier Gris by Tenuta Ansitz-Dornach is an amber wine obtained from fermentation on the skins of the resistant pink grape variety Souvignier gris. Elegant and easily accessible. A macerate, but not too much.

Radoar's Zweigelt is a fruity and fresh red wine that comes from grapes of the homonymous grape and ages for a few months in steel. The nose perceives characteristic hints of red fruit. On the palate it is dry, fresh, light and mineral with a fruity finish.
