SKU: DET007
Brand: Dettori

Dettori's Bianco 18 Settembre is a wine rooted in a gesture of love: a young vineyard planted in honor of Paolo Dettori, Alessandro's father, and cultivated as one would care for something precious, following biodynamic principles, with the utmost respect for the land and its rhythms. The vinification is essential, uncompromising: spontaneous fermentation, a brief maceration on the skins, no additives, aging in cement, and bottling without filtration or fining. The aromatic profile is broad and vibrant: citrus zest, apple jam, white fig, broom, wild fennel, and a finish of almond, reminiscent of the earth and the Mediterranean. On the palate, it is rich, warm, and textured, yet always supported by a profound savory flavor that extends the palate and shapes the finish. The finish is long, marked by a vibrant, almost saline minerality that lingers on the tongue like a memory.
