This beer was born from a desire to explore bitterness from a different perspective. It draws inspiration from vermouth recipes dating back to the 18th century. More than a dozen varieties of plants and berries are infused in 1,000-liter stoneware jars. It is unfiltered, pasteurized, additive-free, and still carbonated.
Ingredients: Lucinges water, barley malt, plants, berries, and hops, yeast, sugar (for secondary fermentation only).

The Fattoria San Lorenzo brandy gives off a beautiful scent of verdicchio, between anise and pear, with a soft and enveloping taste with very pleasant floral references.
