La Brasserie des Voirons is a micro brewery run by the lovely Christophe and Barbara, who draw on a broad and varied experience in the restaurant business, wine import and even ballet. The brewery opened its doors in 2013 and is located in Lucinges, in Savoy, a few kilometers from the French side of Mont Blanc, 715 m above sea level. The terroir of this area, which enjoys sources of water naturally filtered by the glaciers of the Alps, allows des Voirons to brew beer with fresh alpine water.In addition, Christophe and Barbara are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients, such as certified organic hops. , barley and wheat from Germany and Belgium. They produce several beers including a line of specialty beers made with a range of different ingredients from all over France and barrel aged for up to a year before release.
